Location: Lebanon, IN (Travel to job sites required: Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Lafayette, Fishers, etc)

Warriors 2 Workforce is currently hiring Entry-Level glass installers for one of Indiana’s leading commercial glass installation companies.

• If you’re dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career in commercial construction, we’d love to talk with you.
• Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. Many of the skills developed through military service—discipline, teamwork, safety awareness, and adaptability—translate exceptionally well into this role.

As a commercial glass installer, you’ll help install:

• Commercial windows
• Storefront systems
• Curtain wall systems
• Aluminum door and window frames
• Large glass panels
• Unitized window systems

What you'll do:

• You’ll use hand and power tools while learning a skilled trade that offers long-term career growth.
• Learn to measure, cut, and install glass, windows, and storefront systems
• Assist crews on commercial construction job sites
• Handle materials safely and follow safety procedures
• Work with a team and learn from experienced installers

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Prior experience working construction of some sort preferred
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at varying heights
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• OSHA 10 certification is required - will provide if you don't already have
• Boom lift certification is required - if you don’t already have this you will be required to complete an online course prior to hire, we will possibly provide for you if needed
