We are expanding our inside sales team to support customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and drive conversions through phone-based selling in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The Inside Sales Representative – E-Commerce is responsible for driving revenue by following up with online customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
This role focuses on phone-based sales, customer engagement, and converting interest into completed orders.
A 30-day review will be conducted to assess performance, role fit, and future opportunities based on individual performance and business needs.
