*We will need to schedule an orientation shift prior to 12/27. Ideally the week before the assignment.
Coverage Dates:
12/27-12/31--8 hour clinical days with no call.
Start Time: 7:30a
End Time: 4:00p
7-10 pt per day depending on new or follow up, add Ons, and urgent visits
• 1 day per week is reserved for OTV (On treatment visits).
Shift would be Sunday –Thursday.
