Logistics Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Are you a recent college graduate or an early-career professional looking to start a long-term career in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or international business? We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and little to no professional experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career within a global industry.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to international shipping, supply chain operations, customer service, and freight management while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the movement of international shipments while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and timely updates throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
• Track shipment activity and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Process shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of records, data entry, and operational systems.
• Prepare and distribute required shipping and customs-related documentation.
• Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and shipment-related administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, solution-oriented support.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and government regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support the team in meeting service standards and performance goals.
• Learn and develop expertise in global transportation, supply chain management, and logistics operations.

• Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Communications, International Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Professional experience is not required . We are open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Internship experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or business environments.
• Exposure to logistics, transportation, freight, import/export, or supply chain concepts.
• Prior administrative, data entry, or customer support experience.
• Military service experience.

• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Bensenville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
