Position: Receptionist

Location: Nazareth, Pennsylvania

ASGCO engineers, manufactures and sells a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed and engineered for the mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.

ASGCO has a great opportunity available for a Receptionist with outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor to join our growing team. Our Receptionist will be responsible for greeting arriving visitors and guests. In addition, will also be accountable to all calls coming into the corporate phone number.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers/visitors in the Receptionist area, sign in and distribute visitor badges.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain an orderly office appearance, ensure the adequacy of all office supplies and forms, perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Sort incoming mail and faxes to assigned company mailboxes.
• Schedule hotel reservations for travel arrangements.
• Assist Inside Sales with processing and entering orders in AS400 as needed.
• Data entry
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years’ experience as a Receptionist with experience in administrative procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite.
• Detail oriented.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
